53a553f- Add a Reasoning Blocks display setting with Expanded, Preview, and Headline modes. Headline shows only the reasoning header and streaming indicator until you open the block, and your open or closed choice is kept while the response streams. Preview keeps a short capped scrolling preview while the agent writes and stays compact after it finishes, and blocks from earlier sessions start collapsed. Expanded keeps the full text open. The setting replaces Auto-Collapse Reasoning; existingauto_collapse_reasoning: trueconfigurations map to Preview.Keep the Preview viewport anchored to the newest reasoning text after the block finishes, so later tool calls no longer make it jump back to the top.
Background subagent transcripts use the same Reasoning Blocks setting instead of always showing the capped preview.

The compact composer saves locally, sends to Kilo, or posts to GitHub with an explicit destination choice. Cmd/Ctrl+Enter saves a comment, and pressing it again in the review view sends all comments to Kilo without publishing to GitHub. The toolbar shows separate send-all-to-Kilo and send-all-to-GitHub actions, and only the Kilo action carries the keyboard shortcut. GitHub posting stops on the first error so unpublished comments are kept. -

Control the pre-warming in Agent Manager settings under "Pre-warm worktrees"; it is enabled by default and uses one extra checkout of disk space per open project.Prepare snapshots during session creation to reduce first-prompt initialization work. Start no-script sessions after environment files are copied, while preserving setup-script completion before agent startup. Discarded worktrees now remove their checkpoint data instead of leaving it behind.
Resolve the primary checkout with one git call instead of four and discover agents and skills for a new worktree before the first prompt arrives, so the first response starts sooner.
