1. Who operates this site
DevAgentRadar is operated by TNENI Labs LLC as an open public intelligence platform for the software engineering and AI agent community. See About for more context and company links.
2. What DevAgentRadar is
The site aims to be a single public place for awareness about AI coding assistants and agents: release notes, source-linked changes, shared insights, and human-gated proposals you can act on in your own tools. Core radar features are free and do not require login or payment.
3. Not professional advice
Content on this site — including digests, proposals, agent prompts, guidance, scores, and community signals — reflects research, automated summaries of public sources, and engineering opinions. It is not legal, security, compliance, procurement, architectural, or professional advice. Neither TNENI Labs LLC nor the operators are holding out as formal expert advisors for your organization.
You alone decide what to adopt, ignore, or change in your stack. DevAgentRadar is not responsible for decisions you or others make based on anything published here.
4. Accuracy and third-party sources
We link to primary sources when possible, but feeds, pages, and vendor docs change without notice. Summaries may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Always verify critical facts at the original vendor or documentation URLs before you act. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners; mention does not imply endorsement.
5. “As is” — no warranties
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. This is a free community resource with no service-level commitment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNENI Labs LLC and any contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of (or inability to use) DevAgentRadar or reliance on its content — including lost profits, data loss, security incidents, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
7. Your use of the site
- Use the site for lawful, personal or internal team awareness purposes.
- Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape in a way that harms availability, or use the site to harm others.
- Optional sign-in, community votes, and feedback must not impersonate others or submit abusive content.
- Agent prompts and checklists are templates for your agents and workflows — you remain responsible for what you run in your environment.
8. Accounts and privacy
Most features work without an account. Optional Google sign-in syncs preferences across devices. How cookies and data work is described in the Privacy & cookies notice.
