• #14054 3b6746c Thanks @vkeerthivikram! - Reintroduce automatic session cleanup in Settings > Checkpoints. Keep it off by default and apply the configured retention period across all projects and Kilo clients on the machine. Protect running sessions and sessions with a recent fork, confirm manual cleanup, and show live session-level progress with a spinner and processed, deleted, and failed counts. Avoid scanning unrelated session history and preserve progress when status updates are delayed.

• #14301 f03ebe3 - Create new Git projects and clone repositories directly from Agent Manager. Choose where projects are stored and attach them without changing the VS Code workspace. Adding a project or cloning a repository that is already present opens the existing project instead of creating a duplicate, and a repository whose checkout failed can still be attached.

  Create empty, unsigned bootstrap commits without normal commit hooks, while preserving staged files and Git configuration.

• #14282 d0475a6 - Label prompts that Kilo sends on your behalf, such as worktree updates from base, expanded slash commands, and editor or terminal code actions, with a "Sent by Kilo" header. Long prompts collapse to their first paragraph with a "Show prompt" toggle to inspect the full text, and reverting or editing a turn restores the command instead of the full template.

• #14344 83d276a - Load older chats on demand in the session history with a "Load more" control instead of stopping at the 100 most recent. Paging works across the workspace and every worktree directory.

• #14346 65702ab - Preview session display settings with an automatic sample conversation that streams reasoning, tool progress, and an answer beside the controls.

  Apply review-focused or compact display presets from settings, and use the same display defaults during onboarding.

• #14292 8c724ef - Show a clock status on Agent Manager tabs and worktrees when a session is waiting for a scheduled wakeup.

• #13979 fbdbe11 Thanks @mardausdennis! - Pin Agent Manager session tabs. Right-click a session tab and choose Pin to move it to the front of the tab bar; pinned tabs keep that position across reloads, survive Close Others, and can be dragged among themselves. Unpin returns the tab to its normal spot.

• #14349 1030bdb - Focus the Changes diff viewport when the diff shortcut opens it or its reading content is clicked, show its complete focus border only while it owns reading focus, and restore the previous prompt or opener when it closes. Keep delayed prompt recovery from stealing diff focus, release diff focus on outside clicks, and route paste from non-editable areas to the prompt. Scroll a page with Shift+ArrowDown or Shift+ArrowUp when the diff viewport itself has focus and no text is selected.
