Provenance & Attribution : Fixed attribution feedback being dropped after tool inputs were edited via VS Code diff acceptance or an external editor. Web Fetch : Direct web fetch is now the default when tools.enableWebFetchTool is enabled, avoiding hallucinated content from the previous LLM-mediated path.
