For developers

• Qwen Code: Install v0.25.1 (SDK 0.1.19 if you embed the CLI). Expect Agent/Goal tools to appear only when needed. Treat the Kubernetes CSI runtime as experimental. Confirm Android Activity recreation still lands on the session you selected.

• Copilot (JetBrains): Use the new diagnostic Fix action. If MCP tools appear before you want them, turn off automatic server startup.

• Claude Code: On v2.1.296, set autoCompactWindow on long subagents (radar proposal: do this so they compact earlier than the parent). If an MCP server dies after v2.1.287, add "bareElicitationCapability": true. Mask OTel prompt_text wherever you already mask prompt. Only enable You should know if you accept first-party telemetry.

• Codex CLI: On rust-v0.162.0, enable worktrees only on trusted local projects. On rust-v0.161.0, pin a model if you do not want GPT-6.1 Sol as the new default; Daybreak stays off unless you pass --enable cli_daybreak or features.cli_daybreak=true.

• Mistral Vibe: Prefer the Rust CLI (nix run .#rustCli if you use that install). In /model and /thinking, s = this session only; Enter writes config. Esc/Ctrl+C stops the narrator.

• Cline: Re-select any pinned Vultr model. Custom providers should now actually execute; keep CLINE_MCP_SETTINGS_PATH / CLINE_DIR pointed at one file.

• Kilo: Use jetbrains/v7.1.7 for Marketplace/Swarm in the IDE. Do not treat v7.8.7 as stable — it is a pre-release that makes multi-project Agent Manager the default.

• Goose / Zed / Kimi: Goose v1.53.0 for MCP App PiP and models.dev metadata; Zed v1.23.2 if idle agent threads retain too much memory; Kimi 0.43.0 if you want always-on titles and Ctrl+X session delete.

For teams

• Copilot JetBrains: Set the enterprise-managed default agent model now; staff can still override in the picker. Decide whether MCP auto-start is allowed.
• Qwen: v0.25.0–v0.25.1 add hosted MCP, durable shell, permission actions, and an experimental CSI worker path. Do not roll CSI into production from this note alone (65+ changes were omitted).
• Mistral Vibe: v2.26.0 closes a real key-file exposure (.env 0600). Use enable_subagents = false and enable_background_processes = false where policy requires it. Radar proposal: re-pin thinking to off or high and standardize on the Rust CLI.
• Claude: Use gateway managed.policies[].code so Desktop’s Code tab matches CLI policy. Recheck managed PreToolUse / PostToolUse after v2.1.296. Treat You should know as a telemetry-gated side agent, not a silent default.
• Codex: GPT-6.1 Sol default and Bedrock V2/Ultra/GovCloud land in rust-v0.161.0; sandbox deny-glob and Windows 10 path fixes follow in 0.162.0. Keep Daybreak and cyber-access-program opt-in.
• Cline: Pin provider model ids (Vultr renamed). Radar proposal: pin models and add commit rules in .clinerules.
• Kilo: Hold v7.8.7 at pre-release: multi-project Agent Manager is default and the old single-project UI is gone. jetbrains/v7.1.7 is the in-IDE Marketplace/Swarm line.
• Goose: New declarative providers in v1.48.0 and a lean ACP-only binary in v1.53.0 — pick the binary that matches how you actually ship the agent.

What to ignore

• Omitted bodies. Several notes hide 63–132 extra bullets. Do not infer features, breaks, or CVEs from those gaps.
• sdk-typescript-v0.1.19 as a product story. The visible text is mostly “this SDK bundles CLI x.y.z” repeated across old CLIs.
• Copilot’s JetBrains post as a version pin. It is HTML changelog, unversioned, with 63 omitted lines and a much weaker evidence score than the GitHub tags.
• Kilo v7.8.7 in production. Marked pre-release even though it is must-know for people already on that channel.
• Theme noise. Several records are tagged breaking while Qwen’s own notes say no known breaking changes — trust the release text.
• Two error-reporting sources in this window. If a blog and a GitHub tag conflict, keep the tag.
