For developers

• Cline (everyone on CLI or the editor): Upgrade knowing in_process plugins will not load. Use worker (default) or sandbox. If you did not pin a model on the Cline provider, you are now on Gemini 4 Argon; OpenRouter is still Claude Sonnet 5.5. If you use Cortecs, CrossModel, Eden AI, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Vertex, LLM Gateway, Ofox, OpenCode Go, Prime Inference, Fireworks, Nebius, Requesty, CoreWeave, DigitalOcean, NanoGPT, Nvidia, Aixy, Neon, Agnes, Ambient, IteraCompute, Poe, Scaleway, or SenseNova without a pin, your default changed — pin before you upgrade if you need continuity. Check cline config tools / cline hub plugins if plugins disappear; this build will say so instead of silently running them in the hub.
• Cline Cloud (v4.1.25): Opt in under Settings if you want hosted sandbox tasks on a GitHub repo/branch. They persist after you close the editor.
• Cline SDK hosts: Ship plugin-sandbox-bootstrap.js or set CLINE_PLUGIN_BOOTSTRAP_PATH. Expect PluginBootstrapMissingError otherwise. SSH remote hub has no bootstrap yet.
• OpenCode: Stop depending on share links as of v1.19.1. On 1.x, v1.19.2 will not offer 2.x as a normal update; 2.x is opencode upgrade --major or the /update 2.0 offer. Yarn upgrades are fixed; Homebrew Core tracks 2, not 1.x.
• Claude Code: /advisor does not run until you pick one (/advisor, advisorModel, or --advisor). New mod APIs (virtualText, $.ui.view, prompt.change, RTL dir) are in 2.1.300. If unattended retry was hanging on a distant usage-limit reset, set CLAUDE_CODE_RETRY_WATCHDOG_MAX_USAGE_LIMIT_WAIT_MS (2.1.301). Disk-full login refresh now names the disk instead of saying /login.
• Codex CLI rust-v0.163.0: Use /config to search settings and see which need a restart. You can steer with a follow-up mid-response. Eligible accounts get Daybreak by default; codex exec can select it with an API key when the server offers it. Rebind the leader key in /keymap (default Ctrl+X; voice mute is F9).
• Copilot CLI: v1.0.98 adds Gemini 4 Argon. v1.0.99-2 (pre) turns semantic code search on for online sessions and tells you when an admin model override wins.
• Zed: v1.24.2 is the stable-line drop (Agent Panel terminals, git tags). Treat v1.25.0-pre as preview for Gemini 4 Argon / Bedrock model IDs and ACP compaction.
• Qwen Code 0.25.2: Vitest JSON reports via MCP, TypeScript headless Mods, Test Failure Explorer (up to 20 failures). Foreground Shell for public REST/WebShell is default-off and approval-gated.
• Kilo: If you are not on Kilo’s new gateway, set KILO_AI_GATEWAY_URL or keep routing via KILO_API_URL. Glob/grep now honor .gitignore; use the experimental Search Ignored Paths setting only for build output you want searched.
• Antigravity: 1.3.6 surfaces Claude 5.5 only when the GCP project can use them. Stalls after 5 minutes of no data are canceled and retried. 1.4.0: alt+m for the opposite queue/send behavior; agy plugin validate --strict --json in CI.

For teams

• Pin models in managed Cline fleets before this catalog lands. Unpinned defaults moved on a long provider list; “we didn’t change config” is not enough. Copilot CLI v1.0.99-2 will also show a notice when admin-managed settings override the user’s model — expect tickets, not silent divergence.
• Treat Cline plugin isolation as a host-compat break. Anything that assumed in-process plugins (hub, SSH remote, custom launchers) needs worker/sandbox plus a bootstrap file. Fail-closed is the new behavior. Hub uncaught errors are fatal again (sdk/v0.0.94).
• Do not use OpenCode share URLs for handoff, audit, or incident review. v1.19.1 removed the feature. Separate 1.x vs 2.x rollout: Homebrew Core already tracks 2; npm 1.x will not auto-jump.
• Network and data-exfil policy got tighter in three tools. Codex proxy: permission check before DNS, duplicate Host rejected, credential aliases cannot skip inspection hooks; resumed threads restore approvals subject to current managed policy. Antigravity Auto mode blocks commands that would upload sensitive data, while allowing the workspace’s own format/lint/fix. Kilo glob/grep no longer bypass .gitignore.
• Kilo gateway default is now https://ai-gateway.kilo.ai/api/v1. Override with KILO_AI_GATEWAY_URL if you pin traffic. JetBrains v7.1.10 stops overriding the user permission config, requires explicit intent before Agent Manager sessions/worktrees, and clears MCP sign-in state when a server is removed — align org policy with that.
• Cline Cloud is a hosted-sandbox product on customer GitHub repos. Rollout is gradual and settings-gated. Decide whether that is allowed before it appears in Recent/History.
• Claude Code /advisor is off until chosen; disable with CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ADVISOR_TOOL=1 if AWS Claude Platform advisors are out of policy. New OTEL fields (cache_creation_*_tokens, GenAI span attrs, classifier_* on tool_decision) are the telemetry upgrade to scrape, not a new vendor story.
• Antigravity Claude 5.5 only lists in /model if the Google Cloud project can actually use those models — sync IAM/project enablement with what users see.

What to ignore

• Omitted changelog tails. Claude Code (84 + 50), Codex (129), Qwen (63 + 89), Zed (32 + 57), Kilo (49 + 12), Antigravity (8 + 6), Cline CLI/IDE/SDK (small tails) — do not guess those bullets.
• Qwen sdk-typescript-v0.1.20 as news. It is a bundle pin of CLI 0.25.2 plus a stack of older CLI pins. Read v0.25.2 instead.
• Prereleases as production policy: Zed v1.25.0-pre, Copilot CLI v1.0.99-2.
• Qwen managed-agent ticket IDs (H4e-b2 / H4e-b3a) unless you run that hosted-agent path.
• Internal ranking tags and scores. mustKnow is a daily-user hint, not extra evidence.
• HTML/blog noise in a window that is only 54% GitHub/changelog, plus one erroring source. Prefer the tags in the tables.
