What the evidence shows

Versioned GitHub releases only. Several notes omit dozens of extra commits (bodyOmitted); those extras are not inferred below. One ingested source reported errors this window; treat thin one-liners as lower confidence.

Open radar proposals (not extra evidence): Qwen Code v0.26.3 / 1M qwen4, Codex gcp + GPT-6.1 Terra, Cline v4.1.26 model pin (that Cline release is not in this evidence pack), plus lower-priority Grok CLI and OpenCode video-verification items.

For developers

• Codex (do this first): upgrade to rust-v0.165.0. If you run on Google Cloud, set model_provider = "gcp". Check the catalog for GPT-6.1 Terra before assuming it is your default. Fresh profiles get memory v2; plan an import if you keep memories in another agent. Expect reasoning-effort changes mid-conversation. Do not retry-loop on a provider “model not found.”
• Qwen Code: upgrade CLI to v0.26.3 (SDK sdk-typescript-v0.1.25 if you embed the CLI). Re-test long-context jobs on qwen4 / qwen-latest-series- aliases — detection now assumes 1M when the catalog is empty. Turn on the new memory extraction cadence only if you want it; it is opt-in after a no-op run.
• Kimi 2.4.0: if you relied on auto Plan mode, Never Ask, or kimi -p approving plans, your workflow broke. Turn Plan mode on yourself and review every plan. Use /import-sessions if you are moving off Claude Code or Codex. Ctrl-O to expand thinking mid-stream.
• OpenCode v2.2.1: try /goal for “keep going until a human signs off.” Image gen is experimental and gated. If your code imports @opencode/ai image providers (fal / BFL / Replicate / Stability), those entry points are gone — CLI/Desktop/HTTP are unaffected per the notes.
• Antigravity: 1.4.10 is the one to take for SSH streaming, image-size rejections, and subagents that forgot their task after /compact. 1.4.9 is the image-paste / plugin-validate drop.
• Claude Code v2.1.312: large CLAUDE.md / rules files should stop getting truncated-and-overwritten; Write now wants a full read or an in-place edit. Re-check skills after cd. Invalid skill/command names no longer wipe the whole command set.
• Goose v1.57.0: OpenRouter :free/:nitro should resolve; HTTP allowlisted endpoints will fail (HTTPS + redirect policy).
• Zed: daily users want v1.26.2 (ACP defaults, debugger, Pyrefly). Treat v1.27.0-pre as preview (Agent Panel memory, styled AI commits).
• Copilot CLI v1.0.105: Fusion High/Max from a long-context session should actually stick in /model.
• Kilo / Augment: stay on a pin unless you are dogfooding Cloud worktrees or SEA installs.

For teams

• Ship Codex rust-v0.165.0 for the security and policy fixes, not just the new model: marketplace URL validation (Git host vs allowlist), remote MCP cancel-on-drop, honor server default approval reviewer on fresh TUI, and cached auth/secrets. Confirm Vertex (gcp) and GPT-6.1 Terra against your vendor review before making them org defaults. Memory v2 is default on fresh profiles only — existing profiles need an explicit migration plan.
• Kimi Plan mode is now a human gate. Update runbooks: Never Ask does not approve plans; headless kimi -p will not. Session import from Claude/Codex is a 15/30-day window — use it as a migration tool, not an audit log.
• Claude Code: the VS Code sign-in bug that skipped managed settings and org policy for the rest of the session is fixed in v2.1.312 — require that build if you enforce policy via the extension. oidc.user_id_claim is the Entra-friendly identity hook (claim other than sub).
• Goose: HTTPS-only allowlist with redirect validation will block HTTP and policy-failing redirects. Audit recipe URLs and custom providers before rolling v1.57.0.
• OpenCode /goal: useful as a reviewer loop; it does not replace your merge gate. Separately, @opencode/ai importers in internal packages will fail on removed image providers.
• Kilo Cloud (RC/prerelease only): Agent Manager hosted sessions, listed compute price, and “credential never sent to the Worker” are the team-relevant bits. Do not fleet-roll jetbrains/v7.2.1-rc.1, v7.8.20, or v7.8.21.
• Antigravity plugins: agy plugin validate will warn/fail non-kebab name and bad logos — fix marketplace packs before publish.
• Zed 1.27.0-pre and Augment SEA (unsigned macOS) are not fleet artifacts.

What to ignore

• Qwen sdk-typescript-v0.1.24/v0.1.25 changelog walls — they re-bundle CLI versions already covered by v0.26.3.
• Augment prerelease install copy and unsigned macOS SEA bits.
• OpenCode v1.19.5 (hang fix on an older line) if you are already looking at v2.2.1.
• Any of the “+N more changes” tails — they were omitted from this evidence pack.
• Marketing-shaped one-liners without a behavior change (Copilot’s Fusion note is real but thin).
• The Cline catalog-swap proposal until that release is in the evidence pack.
