Enable Auto mode via `--mode auto` in Antigravity 1.4.4

Upgrade to Antigravity 1.4.4 and turn on Auto mode for personal Google Accounts on Windows 11 24H2+. Use /diff f/Ctrl+O review, re-run agy plugin validate, and put overrides in GEMINI.md/AGENTS.md so they beat built-in rules.

Why this loop

1.4.4 adds Auto mode on Windows 11 version 24H2 and later for personal Google Accounts. Select it with --mode auto, Agent Mode in /config, Shift+Tab, or Remote Control Settings; Agent stays the default. Auto mode now reviews commands that leave the terminal sandbox using the assistant's preceding question on short replies like yes, checks every subcommand in pipelines, and prompts before destructive Git or file commands—so enabling it is how those gates apply. Review work in /diff Commit Tree and Per Turn with whole-file toggle f and hunk folding Ctrl+O; Per Turn now shows multiple edits to one file in a turn as a single combined diff. Re-run agy plugin validate because checks are stricter on plugin.json, MCP server configs, hooks.json, and sidecar manifests (invalid JSON, unknown fields, bad variable placeholders, unrecognized hook tool matchers, missing hook scripts). MCP tools/call requests now include _meta["antigravity.google/root_conversation_id"] even from nested subagents. Put standing overrides in GEMINI.md and AGENTS.md so they explicitly override earlier built-in instructions. Subagents keep parent plugins, and plugin-bundled subagents with plugins.inherit_user: false no longer fail with mcp spec not found for provider.

Proposed actions

  1. Start Antigravity 1.4.4 with agy --mode auto on Windows 11 version 24H2 or later while signed into a personal Google Account (omit the flag to keep Agent as the default).
  2. In a running session, open /config and set Agent Mode to Auto, or press Shift+Tab; in Remote Control, choose Auto under Settings.
  3. After an agent turn, open /diff, switch to Commit Tree or Per Turn, press f to toggle whole-file view and Ctrl+O to fold hunks (Per Turn now combines multiple edits to the same file in one turn into a single diff).
  4. From each plugin directory run agy plugin validate and fix invalid JSON, unknown fields, bad variable placeholders, unrecognized hook tool matchers, and missing hook scripts in plugin.json, MCP server configs, hooks.json, and sidecar manifests.
  5. Move standing overrides into GEMINI.md and AGENTS.md so they explicitly override earlier built-in instructions; update MCP servers to read _meta["antigravity.google/root_conversation_id"] on tools/call so nested subagent calls still carry the top-level conversation ID.
