Goal: analyze and pilot this coding release update in my project.

## Context
Assistant: Windsurf
Proposal: Upgrade to Windsurf v3.7.25 and re-authenticate self-hosted MCP servers
Summary: Install Windsurf v3.7.25 so sidebar filtering/grouping/sorting only touch fetched sessions (no multi-second lag) and so self-hosted GitLab and older Atlassian MCP auth works again under Devin Local.

## Why it matters
v3.7.25 targets two concrete pain points called out in the release: sidebar lag for users with thousands of cached sessions after Reload Window or while scrolling, and broken authentication against certain MCP servers (self-hosted GitLab, older Atlassian MCP) in Devin Local. Teams on heavy session caches or those MCP backends should upgrade, confirm the sidebar only processes displayed sessions, and re-establish MCP connections so agents can reach those tools again. Adjacent 3.7.x fixes (shareable sanitized Devin Local transcripts, worktree git-error surfacing, remote open of Codemaps/MCP configs over WSL/SSH/dev containers) are available once on this train.

## Suggested actions
1. Download and install Windsurf 3.7.25 from https://windsurf.com/changelog#v3-7-25, then fully quit and relaunch the app (use Restart to Update only after confirming no local agents you need to keep are still running).
2. After upgrade, run Developer: Reload Window, open the sessions sidebar with a large cache, scroll and apply filter/space-group/sort, and confirm multi-second lag is gone because only fetched-for-display sessions are processed.
3. In Devin Local MCP settings, disconnect and re-add any self-hosted GitLab MCP server and any older Atlassian MCP instance, complete auth again, then run a minimal tool call (e.g. list projects/issues) to verify the v3.7.25 auth fix.
4. If you use WSL, SSH, or dev containers, open Codemaps and MCP configuration files from the remote machine path (not the local mirror) and confirm they load from the remote as fixed in this release train.
5. For a completed Devin Local turn you want the team to see, use Share Conversation in the actions menu below the turn so a sanitized transcript (system prompts/tool defs dropped, secrets redacted, paths normalized) is uploaded and the team-visible link is copied.
